Why I do this
Too many small businesses get burned by software: an agency that overcharges and disappears, an offshore team that never quite understood the goal, or an app that cost a fortune and nobody uses. I think it should be simpler than that — and a lot more honest.

How I build
Mobile-first, always — because that's where your customers are. I lean on progressive web apps so you get a real, installable app experience without App Store fees or delays. And I only reach for automation or AI when it solves an actual problem, not because it's trendy.
