Privacy Policy

Who I am
I'm Chris Gonzalez, and I run Gonzalez Software LLC, a Florida company in Broward County. This policy covers gonzalez.software, the contact form, the chat, and the AI phone line at (954) 951-9976. Questions: hello@gonzalez.software.
The short version
I collect what you give me through the contact form, the chat, or a phone call, so I can follow up about your project. I don't sell your information. I use a few outside services to run the site, the chat, the phone line, and booking, and I name every one below.
What I collect
Contact form
Your name, email, phone and business name if you give them, the service you pick, and your message. It's emailed to me through Resend. I don't save it in a database.
Chat
What you type. Your messages go to Anthropic, the company whose AI model runs the chat. Anthropic's standard terms delete these within 30 days, with limited exceptions. If you give the chat your name and an email or phone number, that's saved in my database (Supabase) and emailed to me. A random ID stays in your browser tab so the chat can continue, and it's gone when you close the tab.
Phone calls to (954) 951-9976
Brynne, my AI receptionist, answers. She runs on Retell's phone platform with an Anthropic AI model. Every call starts: "Hi, thanks for calling Gonzalez Software! I'm Brynne, an AI assistant, and this call may be recorded." If you give your name, number, and what you need, that's saved so I can follow up. If you book a meeting, I also take your email (and your address for an on-site visit) to schedule it through Cal.com. An email address may be checked with ZeroBounce to make sure it can receive mail.
Booking on the site
The calendar on my contact page is Cal.com's own tool. What you enter goes straight to Cal.com, and their privacy practices apply.
Site visits
Google Analytics shows me which pages get visited and how people find the site, plus a few actions: tapping a phone number, starting a chat, sending the form, or booking. It uses cookies. I don't use it for advertising. To opt out on every site, use Google's add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Call recording
Florida law requires that everyone on a call is told if it's being recorded. My phone system can only save a recording or transcript when the greeting said so, and today every greeting does. The software enforces this, not just this policy.
Who I share it with
Only the services I need to do the work: Resend (email), Anthropic (AI for chat and phone), Retell (phone system and recordings), Cal.com (scheduling), Supabase (my database), ZeroBounce (email checks), Google Analytics (site traffic), and Vercel (website hosting). I don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
How long I keep it
I keep lead, call, and booking records while they're useful for working with you. Email hello@gonzalez.software and I'll delete yours within 30 days.
Children, changes, contact
The site isn't for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Questions: hello@gonzalez.software.
